Experience:
Dennis has over 40 years financial expertise working in a variety of industries worldwide. He graduated from the University Of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA degree in Accounting. His first position at Parker Pen as a Cost Accountant provided a great experience in a manufacturing environment. He rose to the position of North American Area Controller before he moved on to the Janesville Group Inc, as the VP of Finance. Working in the Advertising Specialty Industry provided additional insight working closely with Distributors and International Ownership. After being promoted to the General Manager, Dennis was challenged by managing an organization of 250 employees with a budget exceeding $25M. Dennis then took the position of VP of Finance at CUES, a not-for-profit 501(c)6 organization. Rising to the level of CFO/Senior Vice-President of Finance, Dennis gained additional valuable experience in the Meetings & Credit Union Industry.

Over the years, Dennis was involved in all Accounting functions including the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting. He also was heavily involved in systems design and programming adding efficiency everywhere he went. Other responsibilities included Human Resources, IT, Facilities, Administration, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Design. Responsibilities have included Strategic Planning, Scenario Planning, working with Board of Directors, Building Design, Acquisitions, Building Disposition, Due Diligence plus more.
